(EOSi) announced today that it has entered into a marketing and distribution agreement whereby Univar USA will distribute MicroCTM products in Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Univar USA is one of the world's leading independent distributors of industrial chemicals and providers of related specialty services, with 2010 sales of $7.9 billion.
