Environmental Operating Solutions Opens New Production Facilities in Denver, Newark, Orlando, and Winston-Salem

EOSi now produces its MicroC™ Premium Carbon Sources for nitrogen removal at 9 U.S. locations

BOURNE, MA, March 22, 2010— In response to growing demand for its MicroC™ Premium Carbon Sources, Environmental Operating Solutions, Inc. (EOSi) announced today that it has opened four new production facilities. The new facilities are located in Denver, Colorado, Newark, New Jersey, Orlando, Florida and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The new facilities complement existing facilities in Boston, Massachusetts, Portland, Oregon, Greenville, South Carolina and two facilities in Baltimore, Maryland. The company also announced plans to develop additional facilities in Los Angeles, California and Boise, Idaho in 2010.

"Our goal in 2010 is to rapidly expand operations to serve our growing customer base nationwide," said Peter Hunt, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EOSi. "We are satisfying growing demand for denitrification and BOD supplementation products by adding three new production facilities to better serve our customers and cost effectively improve our distribution system."

All of the new facilities are capable of producing the company’s MicroC 2000™ product, the newest addition to the company’s line of MicroC™ Premium Carbon Sources for denitrification and BOD supplementation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants.
