Jeff Salinger

Mr. Salinger is a principal at Stuart Mill Capital, Inc. He served as a senior marketing and sales executive at Sallie Mae and SatoTravel, and acting senior executive at SynXis Corporation. Mr. Salinger brings to the Stuart Mill team proven experience as a developer of innovative and strategic products, a planner with accomplished brand building market successes, and a leader of highly regarded sales teams. Mr. Salinger also has business start-up experience and has served on small-firm boards. He received his B.S. in Finance and his MBA from the University of Maryland.

Robert A. Curtis, PharmD

Robert A. Curtis is Chief Executive Officer of the Regional Technology Development Corporation (RTDC) of Cape Cod. A 20-year veteran in the biosciences industry, Dr. Curtis has been a founder and chief executive of a number of companies, including HistoRx, Cape Aquaculture Technologies, Inc. (CAT), Lion Pharmaceuticals/Phoenix Drug Discovery, and CombiChem, Inc., which was eventually purchased by Dupont Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Curtis served as founding President and CEO of MetaMorphix, Inc., a joint venture between Genetics Institute, Inc. and The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Prior to these entrepreneurial endeavors, Dr. Curtis held senior management positions at Pharmacopeia, Inc., Cambridge NeuroScience, Inc., and Pfizer, Inc., amassing more than 20 years of experience in strategic alliances, corporate planning, business operations, regulatory affairs, clinical research, global medical marketing, and worldwide pharmaceutical licensing and technology acquisition. Before joining the biosciences industry, Dr. Curtis was an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. He currently serves as an advisor to a number of private entrepreneurial companies and a judge for the annual MIT $50K Entrepreneurial Award. Dr. Curtis holds a BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, a PharmD from the University of Missouri, and an MBA from Columbia University.

Andrew M. Ziolkowski

Mr. Andy Ziolkowski has a 25-year career devoted to venture capital investing and merchant banking across a broad range in industries. His successful investments include DexCom, Biomimetic Pharmaceuticals, FutureHealth, Tessera, i-STAT, and The Liposome Company. Mr. Ziolkowski has been a frequent speaker and panelist at venture capital forums and international conferences such as BIO. Prior to joining Cultivian Ventures, LP, Mr. Ziolkowski was a Managing Director of SAE Ventures and Forest Street Capital LLC, where he spent fourteen years as an investor and advisor to early stage healthcare and technology companies.  Previously, he was Director, Venture Capital at CS First Boston Merchant Bank. Mr. Ziolkowski began his venture capital career at Whitehead Associates, a family investment fund. He was also an electrical engineer and plasma physicist at the Grumman Aerospace Corporation and Princeton University Plasma Physics Laboratory.  Mr. Ziolkowski holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business and Finance, and has a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Grumman Scholar.  He also attended Princeton University’s Plasma Physics Department and the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of Energy Management and Power, where he did graduate work.

Kevin Brophy

Mr. Kevin Brophy is a Founder, Managing Principal, CEO and CFO of Meidlinger Partners, LLC. He has a wide range of experience in the water industry, ranging from utility operations and public utility rate design to mergers, acquisitions and strategic planning. Mr. Brophy manages investor relations, oversees the firm's daily operations, and manages financial planning for Portfolio Companies. Prior to co-founding Meidlinger Partners, Mr. Brophy worked for 13 years at Aqua America, Inc. (Aqua) (NYSE: WTR), one of the nation's largest publicly traded water utility companies serving approximately three million people in 13 states. At Aqua America, Mr. Brophy held roles in operations as well as several director positions (investor relations, corporate development). Mr. Brophy has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Villanova University. He has also attended the Utility Rate School program of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners, has completed the NCEE Mergers, Acquisitions and Business Valuation curriculum and recently finished the London Business School Private Equity Program.

Eric Stoermer joined EOSi in 2004 after four years as a Chicago-based business consultant for McKinsey & Company, Inc. There he advised companies in the telecommunications, retail banking, and insurance sectors on sales and operations issues. He directed sales and marketing for infoUSA (American Business Information), where he was responsible for managing three operating units. He received a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
